Graduate Opportunities in the Idaho Geodynamics Group
The Idaho Geodynamics Group is currently looking for graduate students to fill two funded positions at the Ph.D. level starting in Fall 2019. Applicants should be self-motivated, curious about Earth processes, and have a strong background in mathematics and physics. A previous degree in geology or geophysics is not required. The Idaho Geodynamics Group

Idaho Geodynamics is a group of undergraduates, graduate students, and post-doctoral researchers that work under the mentorship of Dr. Eric Mittelstaedt. The group strives to work as a team to cooperatively further our scientific research. To accomplish this goal, each member is expected to be hard-working and self motivated, but to also contribute to the group through participation in lab meetings, scientific discussions, and sharing of their expertise.
